This role exists to show the world what's now possible. The Role We're hiring our first in-house creator—someone who will become the face of Blink and inspire millions of people to build with AI. You'll create content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. Tutorials that make complex things feel simple. Short-form videos that stop the scroll. Content that makes viewers think "I could actually build that." This isn't a marketing coordinator role. You're a creator. You'll be on camera, building your audience, and becoming a recognized voice in the AI and creator economy space. Your content will reach millions. If you've ever wanted to become an internet personality while doing meaningful work—this is the role.
What You'll Do
Create: Produce content across platforms—YouTube tutorials, TikTok demos, Instagram Reels, and whatever's next. You own the creative process end-to-end. Teach: Break down technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Make AI app development feel accessible and exciting. Grow: Build and nurture an engaged community across platforms. Understand what resonates and double down on what works. Experiment: Test new formats, platforms, and ideas. You have the creative freedom to try things and learn fast. Inspire: Tell stories of what people are building. Champion the entrepreneurs, creators, and dreamers using Blink to bring ideas to life.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Existing YouTube channel, TikTok, or Instagram account with a real following (show us your work)
- Proven ability to create engaging video content that people actually watch
- Excellent content sense: you know what makes people click, watch, and share
- Comfortable on camera with a natural, authentic presence
- Passion for AI, building things, or helping others create
Nice to Have:
- Experience creating tech, tutorial, or educational content
- Understanding of platform algorithms and growth strategies
- Basic technical curiosity (you don't need to code, but you should enjoy learning and demoing products)
- Video editing skills or experience managing production workflows
