Job Title: Account Manager & Creative Coordinator (Agency) Company: Sure Marketing Hours: 10–25 hours per week (flexible) Compensation: $25.00 / hour About Sure Marketing We are a small, tight-knit creative agency doing some really exciting work. From high-end video and photo shoots to ongoing social media campaigns, web design, and branding, we partner with clients to elevate their brands. Because our team is small, we move fast, collaborate closely, and get to touch a lot of really cool projects. The Role at a Glance We are looking for a highly organized, driven professional to jump in and keep our projects moving. If you are a stellar Account Manager with a knack for logistics and a willingness to help coordinate creative projects, this is for you. In short, this role is a three-part blend:

  • Account Management: Working directly with our clients as their day-to-day guide.
  • Production Coordination: Helping our team handle the logistics for photo and video shoots (don't worry, we will train you on our specific processes!).
  • Social Media: Managing and scheduling accounts with some light Canva design.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, process-oriented person who wants to be in the mix of a creative agency without being locked into a traditional 9-to-5. Because this is a flexible role averaging 10 to 25 hours per week, a time tracker via Upwork is required. Who You Are (The "Type A" Driver) We need someone who is relentlessly organized and driven. Specifically, you are:

  • A Project Pusher: You have a natural sense of urgency. You push things forward, follow up relentlessly, and aren't afraid to politely bug the rest of the team until a task is completed.
  • An Organizational Master: You love organizing the chaos. Whether you use project management software or run your own planner like a boss, you know how to build out projects, delegate tasks, and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine.
  • Proactive: You don't wait to be told what to do next; you look at the calendar and start making it happen.

What You’ll Be Doing Account & Project Management

  • Serve as the main, day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Facilitate internal virtual team meetings to ensure everyone is aligned on deliverables.
  • Lead regular client check-ins and project reviews via video call.
  • Manage client communications, ensuring emails are responded to promptly.

Production Logistics (Training Provided)

  • Act as the logistical backbone for our video and photo shoots to make production days successful.
  • Draft and distribute accurate call sheets using our templates.
  • Research, secure, and coordinate shooting locations.
  • Handle email outreach, coordination, and scheduling for on-screen talent.

Social Media Management

  • Collaborate closely with our Creative Director so you aren't carrying the creative weight alone.
  • Develop, oversee, and maintain social media content calendars.
  • Design engaging, on-brand social media assets and graphics using Canva.
  • Publish and manage content to ensure it aligns with the client's marketing goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or a similar highly organizational role.
  • Proficiency in Canva and standard social media platforms.
  • Highly driven with the ability to juggle multiple clients and schedules simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow systems.
  • Willingness to learn the logistics of creative production.
