RN Part time for assessments and supervisor visits Home Care

- Creates a Care Plan and medical assessments for all new clients
- Reviews charting in spirals and companion charts for clients monthly
- Meets with clients after service has started to ensure quality care
- Communicates with caregivers, office staff, clients, family members, and other professionals about client's needs and concerns
- Consults with the staffing manager regarding the supervision of services
- Performs client evaluations when requested, or when mandated by the State or County
- Performs the Quality Assurance visits on the above-mentioned cases not less than every 90 days, including taking vital signs
Must be RN not LPN Flexible work from home options available.
