Job Description:

Independently perform actuarial evaluation of new program opportunities, including ELR selection, rate adequacy, rater reviews and communicate results to stakeholders
Independently perform profitability reviews for each program and communicate those results to our stakeholders (internal and external) including actionable insights
Develop and maintain reports to monitor KPIs for each program, including but not limited to hit ratios, rate change, claim frequency/severity, aggregation, limits profile, class/industry profile, etc.
Create, enhance, and maintain pricing analytic models, including assumptions
Leverage internal and external data to inform decisions
Demonstrate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Establish business relationships with internal and external partners to aid in result discussions
Assist as needed with filing support, pricing referrals, underwriting audits, etc.
Support the development of analysts

Requirements:

BS/BA in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics or advanced analytics
ACAS preferred
8+ years P&C experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
Experience in Microsoft SQL databases or Python / R is a plus
Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau is preferred
Strong planning, organizational, project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Excellent analytical skills with advanced data analytics experience a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
