Political Google Facebook Ads
Hello, I am a candidate running for Congress in California Congressional District 2, and I am hiring a qualified specialist to execute Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads for my campaign. This is an execution role only. I do not need consulting. I need someone who can run compliant political ads and manage performance effectively. Project parameters:
- Total campaign budget: $5,000 (ad spend is separate from your fees)
- You must submit your fee as a separate, fixed amount
- I will be selecting the lowest qualified bidder who meets all requirements
- Your bid must be your final and best price
Geographic requirement: All advertising must be strictly limited to California Congressional District 2. Any spend outside of the district is unacceptable. You must explain exactly how you will enforce this. Required proof (not statements, actual proof): You must provide ALL of the following or you will not be considered: 1. Screenshot proof of a Google Ads account showing political ad verification completed 2. Screenshot proof of a Meta Ads account showing political ad authorization and “Paid for by” disclaimer in use 3. Screenshot or report from a past campaign showing targeting settings (location targeting preferred) 4. Example of a political ad you have actually run (video or image) Campaign understanding requirement: Provide a brief synopsis (3 to 5 sentences) of California Congressional District 2, including:
- Geographic characteristics
- Voter or regional considerations
- How you would approach targeting this district specifically
Execution plan: Provide a short outline of your approach including:
- Platform allocation (Google vs Meta)
- Targeting method (ZIP codes, radius, exclusions, etc.)
- How you will ensure no budget is spent outside the district
- Basic campaign structure (search, display, video, etc.)
Additional confirmations:
- Confirm you have run U.S. political ads before
- Confirm you understand Google political ad policies and Meta political ad authorization requirements
- Confirm your availability to start immediately
