Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of various programs and initiatives within Johns Hopkins University. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations for enhancing program effectiveness. Design and implement evaluation plans and data collection methods to measure and track program outcomes and impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and information and synthesize findings into clear and concise reports. Communicate evaluation results and recommendations to key stakeholders, including program leaders and university administration. Stay up-to-date on best practices in assessment and evaluation, and incorporate new methods and techniques into our evaluation processes. Develop and maintain databases and data systems to store and track evaluation data. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all evaluation activities. Contribute to the development and improvement of assessment and evaluation strategies within the university. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that arise during the evaluation process and propose solutions. Train and mentor staff and colleagues on evaluation techniques and data analysis tools. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for program modifications. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Represent Johns Hopkins University at conferences and professional events related to assessment and evaluation.
