Remote · USA Full-time New today

WinStreak invites you to apply for a Sports Law, Policy, and Regulatory Intern position for Summer 2026. Our Washington, D.C. area company is an advisory firm that supports clients navigating the evolving landscape of modern collegiate and professional sports, and athletics-focused communities. We offer unique regulatory, policy, business strategy, and organizational consulting expertise throughout the country. Our WinStreak summer internship is compliant with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). All interested applicants will understand this is an unpaid, temporary, remote position with no guarantee or promise of future compensation or employment with the company. This is an exciting role through which you will receive real-world training to complement your current academic learning. Responsibilities may include researching, documenting, and analyzing the history of certain sports measures at the international, federal, and state levels. This process may include studying all proposed measures, and why legislators championed or opposed those efforts. The high-level objectives will include translating the impact of legal, policy, and regulatory developments on covered entities. These entities can include professional sports leagues and franchises, collegiate commissions and conferences, academic institutions, student-athletes, agents, economic associations, businesses, traditional and social media, and technology platforms. This role offers an opportunity to gain significant educational benefits through hands-on experience in the intersection of sports consulting, law and policy, international affairs, and business development. WinStreak leadership will closely supervise, guide, support, and encourage you as you build new skills and apply your knowledge. You will be the primary beneficiary in this relationship, as you will work with a company executive with over two decades of experience who will personally mentor you throughout the summer. This unpaid, temporary, remote position is specifically intended to work within the requirements of your academic program and academic schedule. It will deliver you course credit when applicable. Please send your resume to Nikhil Sinha at [email protected] if you are interested. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
