Who You Are: A hungry, self-driven SDR who wants to own their income — not wait for a salary to tell them what they're worth. At VelocityBDC, there's no cap, no ceiling, and no hand-holding. Just a great product, a proven pitch, and unlimited upside for someone willing to work for it. What We Do: VelocityBDC is an AI-powered outsourced BDC built specifically for automotive dealerships. We help dealers respond faster, follow up longer, and set more appointments — without the overhead, turnover, or headaches of an in-house team. Built by car guys, for car guys. What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and outreach to GMs, Dealer Principals, and Internet Directors at dealerships nationwide
  • Book qualified demos and discovery calls
  • Build and manage your own pipeline using CRM tools
  • Represent VelocityBDC with credibility and a dealer-first mindset

What We're Looking For:

  • Automotive retail experience strongly preferred — dealership, BDC, or vendor side
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and cold email daily
  • Self-motivated — you don't need a manager standing over your shoulder
  • Competitive, coachable, and hungry to build something
  • Strong communicator who knows how to talk to a GM without wasting their time

Compensation:

  • Commission-based to start — competitive per-deal structure with recurring upside
