- Build and enhance applications that improve user experience and support business goals
- Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive development best practices, automation, and quality improvements
- Manage timelines, resources, and cross‑team collaboration
- Communicate with key stakeholders and lead project updates
- Mentor team members and contribute to a high‑performance engineering culture
- Integrate new technologies and industry trends to support continuous innovation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in healthcare, consulting, or related fields
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, pandas, NumPy
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud)
- 3+ years creating dashboards/visualizations (ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Dash, Plotly)
- Experience building automated data pipelines
- Strong collaboration with cross‑functional technical and clinical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare data, cost/utilization metrics, risk adjustment, or value‑based care
- Machine learning, statistical analysis, or generative AI exposure
- Git/GitHub/GitLab, BigQuery, SQL Server, Airflow, .NET
- Ability to present insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Remote role; sponsorship not available Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $185,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
