Video Editor, Motion Designer
Job Description:
- Deliver high quality editing, light motion support, finishing, and disciplined content organization with strong story judgment, modern digital pacing, and responsible use of GenAI tools
- Repurpose and maximize production assets and prepare deliverables for social media, web, broadcast, CTV/DRM, LMS, and ministry environments
- Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
- Collaborate and provide creative direction within the team
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in video or film editing
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production or Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of work that aligns with industry standards
- Extensive knowledge of digital cinematography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects)
- Proficiency in video storytelling techniques and post-production processes
- Familiarity with color correction, audio mixing, and special effects
- Knowledge of media management technologies and platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tackling issues
