Key Responsibilities

As a Beginner Level Chat Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through remote social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Logging in to clients' Facebook and Instagram accounts to respond to customer inquiries
  • Handling a variety of questions, including sales inquiries, product support, and general customer service requests
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure accurate and efficient responses
  • Working independently, with minimal supervision, to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers
  • Collaborating with our training team to develop and refine your skills and knowledge

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
