Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Insurance Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of our insurance office, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

As an Insurance Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Client Interaction: Manage client inquiries, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office functions, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient operations.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with agents and underwriters to facilitate the insurance process and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Policy Management: Assist with policy applications, endorsements, and claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Customer Support: Provide support to clients regarding policy details, claims processes, and general insurance inquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as paperwork, scheduling, and office organization to support office efficiency.

Requirements

  • Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting client needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.

  • Familiarity with insurance software and systems.
  • Certification in a related field, such as insurance or customer service.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
