Paid Social Lead for Meta Accounts

Seeking a Paid Social Lead to manage 4-5 client accounts, primarily on Meta. Responsibilities include setting strategic direction, leading weekly client calls, and handling reporting. The role requires experience in client-facing roles and strategic planning for social media campaigns. 4-month contract; 20-25 hours/week

  • Client-facing lead: Owns weekly calls, reporting, and ongoing strategy communication. Someone the clients trust and feel confident with
  • Strategic direction: Sets paid social performance strategy, interprets results, and guides optimization decisions across accounts
  • Creative & copy: Leads creative strategy and writes ad copy
  • Budget planning: Owns budget planning and pacing across accounts
  • Reporting & strategy: Leads monthly and quarterly reporting, strategy reviews, and budget recommendations — collaborating cross-functionally with other departments (PPC, etc.)
  • Campaign oversight: Comfortable working alongside campaign managers in platforms like MediaMint; partners with the media coordinator (Sebastian) who handles day-to-day execution, agenda prep, and recaps
  • Proven track record in paid social with client-side accountability — not just execution, but ownership

We need someone who is highly self-sufficient and able to onboard themselves into accounts with limited documentation. The ideal candidate is a strong detective — someone who can audit an account, quickly understand where things stand, and take ownership without needing a formal hand off.
