Job Description Company: MFI Holdings Location: Remote (Work From Home) Role Type: Independent Contractor (Seasonal) Contract Dates: October 7 – December 7, 2025 Pay: $21/hour guarantee (for contractors working 35+ hours weekly) + commission & bonuses

• Average agents earn $3,000–$6,000/month
• Top agents earn $6,000–$10,000/month
• Overtime at time-and-a-half for all hours over 40

Requirements:

• Active Health Insurance License
• Medicare sales experience (MAPD/PDP)
• Must be Ready to Sell (RTS) — no release needed
• Professional home office setup (computer, internet, headset, quiet workspace)

Your Role: As a Remote Medicare Sales Agent (Contractor), you’ll guide seniors through Medicare Advantage and Part D options, enroll them compliantly, and take advantage of inbound call volume. With guaranteed hourly pay, commission, and overtime potential, your earnings are in your control.
