Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our existing and new customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their queries, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with arenaflex. You'll also be responsible for overseeing the route optimization for our technicians, ensuring that they're equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

  • Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Update our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
  • Inform customers about new offers or services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
  • Oversee the route optimization for technicians

Requirements

* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

  • Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling challenging customers and situations

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the pool industry

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and software
  • Experience with social media monitoring and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
