The Role

As an Experienced Project Management Professional, you'll be responsible for leading the project management of high-value initiatives across the RES division. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our customer service operations, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the project management of high-value initiatives across the RES division, including organizing tasks from project inception to execution and conclusion

  • Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project plans, project contracts, risk and issue logs, and dashboards
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity and priority, across different teams or stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Foster effective communication methodologies and implement cycles, exercises, and projects that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency
  • Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and divisional portfolio management
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional arenaflex teams
  • Support the growth and development of the RES PMO capability and the establishment of a Center of Excellence for vital portfolio management

  • Demonstrated ability and a proven track record of success in managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity
  • Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work across the organization, and the ability to build and effectively manage relationships with partners and senior leadership
  • Ability to lead and work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in written and oral communications, and the ability to produce concise reports for executive presentations
  • Should perform acceptably in their current position
  • Models arenaflex's Standards of the Street, guiding principles, and safety-conscious behaviors
  • Where allowed by relevant regulation, you have received or will receive the COVID-19 vaccination by the date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based work, while possibly not already employed by arenaflex, Inc.
  • Consistently prioritizes the safety and security of self, others, and personal information
  • Embraces diverse individuals, perspectives, and styles
  • Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Is at least 18 years old and has approval to work in the US

What Will Give You an Edge

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) principles

  • Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software is highly desired
