Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Agent to join our Live Support team, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, live chat, and email. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing a seamless experience for our customers. Responsibilities

* Handle three primary channels: Inbound Calls, Live Chat, and Messages for arenaflex's partner merchants, clients, and dashers worldwide, while maintaining an exceptional experience in each interaction.

  • Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, driver issues, or investigations, with impressive speed and accuracy.
  • Develop deep mastery in how arenaflex's processes, systems, and resources work, and how to utilize them to drive positive results.
  • Demonstrate powerful communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience in investigating customer issues using email, phone, and chat.

  • Fluency in English and excellent technical proficiency (typing speed of 40 WPM).
  • Experience in a high-volume customer support role and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills – including flawless grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and informally using arenaflex's brand voice and tone.
  • A highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a team environment.
  • Excellent mechanical skills, including smartphone app navigation, computer keyboard navigation, and the ability to use hotkeys for copy/paste, opening multiple tabs, and email.
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for helping others.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to understand individuals at their core and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills – able to juggle issue resolution and concise communication.
  • Experience maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
