Customer Service Associate Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in welcoming new enrollees and providing them with an overview of our Federal Lifeline Program services and processes. You'll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming new enrollees and providing an overview of the Federal Lifeline Program services and processes
  • Maintaining high-levels of confidentiality with sensitive client information
  • Acting as the primary point of contact responsible for handling all enrollment appointments
  • Managing customers with care, sincerity, and empathy toward their issues and escalating any that require additional resources to resolve
  • Empathizing and deescalating consumer concerns with sincerity, understanding, and care
  • Utilizing provided tools and resources to effectively educate consumers on the benefits provided by the Federal Lifeline Program

Customer Service Associate Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in Consulting, Customer Service, Benefits Enrollment, Member Services, or sales (preferred)
  • A degree in Communications, Psychology, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
  • The ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in times of stress
  • An agile thinker and decision-maker
  • Impeccable professionalism and communication with clients, management, and fellow staff
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow-through in a role that leaves limited opportunity for errors
