About the Role

As a Customer Success & Project Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting the rollout of our innovative technology in senior living communities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing AgeTech startup while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to ensure successful adoption of our platform. Your expertise will help us refine our customer success approach, ensuring a seamless deployment experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the rollout process, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.

• Provide comprehensive training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to ensure customers have the necessary knowledge and tools for a successful deployment.
• Coordinate implementation timelines with senior living communities and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient rollout process.
• Monitor project progress, proactively addressing client concerns and roadblocks to prevent delays or issues.
• Gather feedback and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement, helping us refine our customer success approach.
• Ensure customers are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for a seamless deployment, empowering them to get the most out of our platform.
• Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers, providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure they stay happy and engaged throughout their subscription, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.

Qualifications

* Strong people skills with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technology in a simple, approachable way.

Work Details & Compensation

* Hours: 20-30 hours per week (flexible schedule)

• Compensation: $20-30 per hour (based on experience)
