Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Call Center Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing top-tier customer service efficiently and effectively addressing customer concerns and issues.
  • Assisting subscribers with potential cases of identity theft, providing guidance on products and technical support, and ensuring accurate case creation and notation for restoration cases.
  • Initiating Zendesk tickets for the IT department and maintaining strong knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Identifying next steps required for subscribers through active listening and problem-solving skills, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and timely support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be local to Arizona with the ability to commute to the office regularly.
  • A minimum of one year of call center experience.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Availability to work a scheduled shift consistently.
  • Strong formal oral and written communication skills.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic.
  • A passion for providing great customer experiences.
  • The ability to navigate multiple software applications.
  • High proficiency in typing skills and computer comprehension.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Experience with identity theft protection services.
