- This position requires access to technologies and Summary.
- The Salesforce Developer is responsible for hands-on development, configuration, and integration of Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related enterprise platforms.
- This role builds and customizes Salesforce components, develops APIs integrates third party systems and collaborates with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver secure scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development & Configuration Design, develop and maintain custom Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components LWCs and Flows.
- Build Experience Cloud portals and customize solutions for patient provider and partner experiences.
- Develop Agent force powered automations and Data Cloud integrations for unified data access and intelligent workflows.
- Configure Salesforce Health Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to meet evolving business requirements.
- Support contact center modernization by integrating Salesforce with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice Integrations and Data Management.
- Testing Deployment amp Governance Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work with DevOps teams to manage CI CD pipelines, source control and deployment processes.
- Maintain compliance with enterprise coding standards HIPAA regulations and platform governance policies.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Leidos Proprietary approval of Leidos.
- AI & Emerging TechnologiesContribute to the implementation of generative and agentic AI solutions using Salesforce Agent force and AWS native services.
- Explore opportunities to optimize workflows, case resolution and personalization through AI driven automation.
Required Experience Skills and Education:
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Hands on development and configuration experience with Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components LWCs Flow and automation tools.
- Agent force Data Cloud integrations.
- Experience building Experience Cloud portals for patients, providers, or partner ecosystems Proficiency in designing API based integrations with AWS services and external systems.
- Experience with SF DevOps tools like Flosum Copado or SFDX Jenkins.
