Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries over the phone and via email, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns
  • Working with customers to resolve complaints and problems, ensuring a positive experience and building trust in our brand
  • Maintaining up-to-date technical logs to track customer interactions and improve our services
  • Staying current with new areas of technology and products offered by arenaflex, ensuring you're always equipped to provide expert support
  • Handling overflow of internet orders, processing mail orders, and taking incoming orders over the phone as needed
  • Processing returns and handling related tasks with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Covering the reception area as needed, providing a warm welcome to our customers and visitors
  • Performing related and/or special work as assigned by management

Position Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-oriented approach
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Organized, self-motivated, and excellent time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • A commitment to our publishing ministry and values, as outlined in our statement of purpose

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $18-$21 per hour, based on previous work experience, education, acquired skills, and established relationships. Our salary is commensurate with current standards for comparable positions and responsibilities within publishing and other leading not-for-profit ministries. Compensation is reviewed and evaluated annually by the Executive Compensation Committee (ECC) of the arenaflex Board of Directors.
