Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits to ensure customers have a seamless experience
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

Requirements
