Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. Key Responsibilities

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience

  • Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide personalized support and solutions to help plan members navigate their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits
