How You'll Make an Impact

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be part of a high-performing team that is dedicated to providing 24/7 support to arenaflex users. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our customers, and working closely with them to resolve their queries and concerns. Your expertise in accounting will enable you to provide guidance and support to small business owners, bookkeepers, and accountants, helping them to get the most out of our software and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support and advice to customers on how to use their arenaflex subscription

  • Collaborate effectively with all teams across arenaflex to resolve customer queries and concerns
  • Escalate priority issues and assist in the prompt resolution of these
  • Capture and share feedback from customers regarding improvements to the arenaflex accounting application and its associated service delivery platform
  • Adaptable to grow with the changing needs of our business and customers
  • Provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customers as per agreed targets
