Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Online Community Moderator – Forum Chats and Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring forum threads and enforcing community guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members
  • Facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts in a fair and impartial manner
  • Providing excellent customer support via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts
  • Responding to incoming customer support questions and sales inquiries from existing and potential customers
  • Collaborating with the arenaflex team to develop and implement community engagement strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A device with reliable internet access (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
