This role is designed for senior healthcare executives with experience operating, scaling, or overseeing complex health systems, provider networks, or value‑based care models. As a Health Systems Executive Advisor, you will help guide how ATCA integrates into broader healthcare ecosystems while maintaining clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and payer alignment. • Operational Scaling & Governance – Advise on governance structures, operating models, and system‑wide processes to support consistent care delivery across a growing national clinic footprint.
  • Payer & Network Alignment – Support strategies for payer contracting, Medicare and Medicare Advantage alignment, referral integration, and system‑level reimbursement optimization.
  • Precision Medicine Integration – Guide how AI‑driven clinical protocols and precision medicine workflows can be embedded into broader health system operations without disrupting care continuity.
  • Quality, Compliance & Performance – Advise on maintaining clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and operational performance metrics across multi‑clinic environments.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration – Collaborate with physicians, administrators, technologists, and executive leadership to align clinical innovation with health system realities.
  • Innovation & Growth Support – Provide insight into emerging health system trends, value‑based care models, and system‑level innovation opportunities that may accelerate ATCA’s national expansion.

Why Join Us? Transform Patient Outcomes – Advance a model of Alzheimer’s care that prioritizes early detection, prevention, and coordinated primary care involvement. Influence National Care Delivery – Shape how primary‑care–informed cognitive care is delivered across a growing network of clinics nationwide. Collaborate with Leaders – Work alongside a world‑class team of physicians, scientists, AI experts, and healthcare executives. Be Part of a Defining Moment – Join ATCA at a critical stage of expansion where primary care leadership directly impacts growth, outcomes, and legacy. Equity Options – Receive stock options in recognition of your clinical leadership and advisory contributions to ATCA’s mission. Investment Access – Select advisory board members may be offered access to ATCA’s current financing round. Participation is optional and independent of the advisory role. Equal Opportunity Commitment ATCA is committed to fostering an inclusive environment. We believe diversity drives innovation and welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us in transforming Alzheimer’s treatment. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
