Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our IT Service Desk team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring seamless communication with our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues to second and third-level support teams as needed.
  • Document and track customer issues, providing detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps and relevant information in our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, assessing internal tools and processes, and suggesting upgrades to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for availability, productivity, quality, and service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with tagging and global positioning systems, as well as other relevant technical tools and software.
  • Certification in ITIL, CompTIA, or other relevant technical certifications.
  • Experience working in a 24/7/365 environment, with a high level of availability and flexibility.
