Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Finance Technology Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you'll be responsible for driving the investigation and planning of critical F&A systems. You'll work closely with our finance partners to identify, analyze, and co-create innovative solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis, combined with your passion for technology, will enable you to make a significant impact on our organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Technology Enablement Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders: You'll work closely with our finance partners to understand their functional and business needs, and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities: You'll work with our internal partners to recognize areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Advancing financial cycles and planning philosophies: You'll stay up-to-date on the latest financial planning and analysis trends, and apply your knowledge to develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Serving as a liaison between FP&A and application development teams: You'll work closely with our application development teams to enable change and ensure that our financial systems are aligned with our business needs.
  • Performing and supporting ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and projects: You'll be responsible for performing and supporting ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and projects on a case-by-case basis.
  • Continuously improving existing processes and driving innovation: You'll be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field: A postgraduate education is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance innovation: You'll need to have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, as well as experience with financial systems and technologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial reports: You'll need to be able to analyze and interpret financial data, and develop reports and presentations that meet the needs of our finance partners.
  • Strong understanding of financial tools, data technologies, and data strategy: You'll need to have a strong understanding of financial tools, data technologies, and data strategy, and be able to apply this knowledge to develop innovative solutions.
  • Collaborative partner and ability to take ownership of projects: You'll need to be able to work collaboratively with our finance partners and take ownership of projects to ensure their successful completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills: You'll need to be able to lead and manage teams, and develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Thorough, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously: You'll need to be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI: Experience with these tools is highly desirable.
