A day in the life of a Data Entry Associate

• Accurately entering data and reviewing medical bills according to state laws, fee schedules, and other guidelines
• Working closely with our medical bill review auditors to ensure seamless data entry and review processes
• Maintaining high levels of productivity and accuracy, while meeting production and performance metrics
• Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective data entry and review processes
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma required, college preferred
• Strong data entry/computer skills required
• Desire to work in an office environment
• Certification in a related field (i.e. CPC) a plus
• Previous medical/health care/insurance industry experience a plus, but not required
• Training for this role is paid and provided internally by arenaflex
• Must live in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area
