Role Highlights

* Get paid $18.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn more through our Turbo Bonus Boost program

  • Enjoy a flexible schedule, working from home and setting your own hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support, answering questions and resolving issues related to TurboTax products and tax return software
  • Utilizing strong communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically, understanding and empathizing with customer needs
  • Working collaboratively with SMEs and MPS to drive innovation and provide top-notch service
  • Participating in our certification program, becoming a TurboTax Product Expert and earning a $310 bonus
  • Building a flexible schedule, working a minimum of 30 hours per week, with opportunities to work more
