Responsibilities

* Delivering a personalized and positive experience for each customer you assist.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED required; higher education or related certifications are a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
* Proficiency in using computers and customer service tools (previous experience with CRM software is a plus).
* A reliable internet connection and a quiet home office space.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
