Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Data Entry and Call Support Customer Help agents. This is a remote position that offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and innovative team. As a Data Entry and Call Support Customer Help Agent, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into our system, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and providing excellent customer support and resolving issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives

Key Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficient in data entry and basic computer applications
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and inquiries
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in data entry or customer support are a plus
