Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Representative to join our Key Account Management team in Texas. As a Senior Account Representative, you'll be responsible for executing a selling strategy in assigned retail accounts, managing key customer relationships, and driving business growth through fact-based selling methods. Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Representative, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

  • Maximize Volume and Revenue: Use fact-based selling methods to maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts.
  • Activate Local and National Initiatives: Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
  • Analyze Customer Information: Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen to identify and expand business opportunities.
  • Improve Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate Strong Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure customers are complying with arenaflex contract requirements.
  • Drive Business Growth: Drive business growth through fact-based selling methods and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 Years of Fact-Based Selling Experience: A minimum of 2 years of fact-based selling experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Equivalent Work Experience: A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Consumer Packaged Goods Experience: Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Physical Demands: Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Indefinite Right to Work in the United States: This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.

Benefits and Compensation

arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, including:

  • Competitive Salary: The expected compensation range for this position is between $76,400 - $127,850.
  • Bonus Based on Performance: Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid Time Off: Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: In addition to salary, arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility.
