Email Marketing Strategist & Flow Builder — Men's E-Commerce Brand - Contract to Hire

We run a premium men's denim brand and we are looking for an experienced email marketing specialist to take our flows from basic to best-in-class. Where we are now: We have 6 email flows live. They work but they are bare minimum. A few emails per flow, basic structure, no depth. We have a designer in place so creative is covered. What we need is someone who knows exactly what needs to be built and can execute it. What you will do: Audit our current flows and tell us what is missing. Advise on how many flows we need and what each one should look like based on your experience with e-commerce brands. Then build them out properly together with our designer. Our post-purchase flow alone needs to be completely rebuilt from the ground up. The goal is a strong email foundation that contributes 30% of revenue. That is the benchmark we are working toward. What we are NOT looking for: Someone who needs to figure out e-commerce email strategy on the job. Generic email marketers without a direct-to-consumer track record. Anyone who cannot show specific results from brands they have worked with. Requirements: Proven experience building email flows for e-commerce brands. A portfolio with real examples from real brands you have worked on. No portfolio, no response. Engagement: This starts as a fixed-price project to build the foundation. Long-term collaboration is possible for the right person. In your proposal tell us: Share 2-3 specific e-commerce brands you have built or improved email flows for and what results you achieved. Walk us through how you would approach a post-purchase flow for a premium men's fashion brand. Your fixed price for a full email foundation audit and build.
