Learning Operations Intern – Data & Platform Quality
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented intern to support improvements across our learning platforms and internal systems. This role focuses on data accuracy, platform quality, and content standardization. The intern will be responsible for reviewing and updating customer records, including access codes, group structures, and account organization. This includes identifying inactive or churned customers and ensuring that platform data remains accurate and well-structured. In addition, the intern will conduct quality assurance testing across training platforms to identify formatting issues, inconsistencies, and usability gaps. Qualifications: The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Comfort working with structured data and an interest in systems or process improvement are preferred. This is an unpaid internship; c andidate must be able to demonstrate they will receive academic credit for this internship.
