About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our Business Tasks team, which is responsible for driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights. As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in the development of data tools and reports, as well as collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify business needs and develop solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of data tools and reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain a single source of truth for business metrics and KPIs
- Own the measurement plan and creation, including defining business requirements, structuring and streamlining, and long-term data versatility
- Partner with business partners to understand their needs and drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with other data groups to improve stage capabilities around data visualization, testing stages, data representation, and data design
- Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Chartio
- Develop and maintain expertise in data warehousing and ETL tools such as Snowflake and Redshift
- Develop and maintain expertise in statistical programming languages such as Python and R
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Finance, Math, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on data visualization and data warehousing
- Strong expertise in SQL, with some experience in SparkSQL, Hive, and other data warehousing tools
- Strong expertise in OLAP data sets such as Snowflake and Redshift
- Experience creating and maintaining enhanced tables for reporting through ETLs
- Strong project and asset management skills, including illustrating targets and timelines, and organizing work across multiple stakeholders
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other statistical programming languages
- Strong drive and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding results
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Finance, Math, or related field
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker
- Experience working with data warehousing tools such as Snowflake and Redshift
- Experience working with statistical programming languages such as Python and R

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $136,100 to $182,400 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
