Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the food program team to create engaging promotions and offers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to high standards of appearance and safety
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring seamless customer service and store operations
• Interact with customers daily, building relationships and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• A strong sales acumen, with a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and bending

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Retail and customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
• Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction
• Motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and bending
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
