Key Responsibilities

• Utilizing CRM software, ServiceTitan, to manage customer interactions and data
• Adhering to arenaflex's high standards of customer service and quality

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

Schedule and Work Environment

As a part-time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work a flexible schedule of Sunday through Wednesday, 11am to 8pm, with Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays off. You'll have the opportunity to work from home or our office in Queen Creek, Arizona, with a supportive team and modern technology to help you succeed.
