Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at Honey Springs Battlefield, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and assisting with their needs during their visit
• Answering and directing phone calls, processing information requests accurately, and responding to visitor inquiries
• Receiving and directing visitors, including school tours, ensuring proper check-in and wayfinding
• Handling daily financial transactions, including collecting admission and sales fees, processing payments (cash and credit), and reconciling totals
• Stocking and maintaining the gift shop and assisting visitors with purchases
• Helping maintain a clean and organized museum and reception area
• Representing the museum with a high level of professionalism in all guest interactions
• Working both independently and as part of a team in a flexible, fast-paced environment
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, and occasional holidays or evenings
• Must be 18 years of age or older
