Job Summary FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a critical role in supporting our supply chain processes, maintaining the integrity of our data, and enhancing our operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Accurately enter and update data into our databases and systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • * Review and verify data for inconsistencies or errors and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and report on data to support decision-making.
  • * Maintain detailed documentation of data entry processes and procedures.
  • * Assist in the development and implementation of data management best practices.
  • * Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall data accuracy.
  • * Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
  • * Perform regular audits of data to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with data entry software.
  • * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • * Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience
  • * A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related field is preferred.
  • * Experience in supply chain or logistics environments is a plus.
  • Working Hours
  • * This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Candidates should be available to work 40 hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling based on project needs.

  • * Familiarity with database management systems and data entry protocols.
  • * Understanding of supply chain processes and terminology is advantageous.
  • * Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and software applications.
