What You’ll Do (Opportunities Within Our Organization) Depending on experience and alignment, physicians could step into the following roles:

• Collaborating Physician / Supervision Physician (for NPs and PAs)
• Fractional Medical Directorship
• Compliance Advisor

What You Should Bring

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy (MD or DO) degree with specific training and experience in Ophthalmology
• Broadly licensed across multiple U.S. states — ideally 20+ states, 50-state licensure preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to uphold ethical standards and best practices in clinical care.
