Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing and developing reporting answers, analytic research, and packages to guide business decisions. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop complex queries, and present findings to inform business decisions. You will also be responsible for evaluating data needs, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop reporting answers, analytic research, and packages to guide business decisions
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Translate data into actionable statistics through reporting answers
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Required Education
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
