Experienced Live Chat Agent – Remote Customer Support Representative (Entry-Level Opportunity)

About the Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for replying to live chat messages on various businesses' websites or social media accounts. Your tasks will include:
- Answering customer questions and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers, while adhering to arenaflex's sales policies and guidelines
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management, as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery

Essential Qualifications:
