About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team in a remote data entry role. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care, developing key selling skills, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client care by answering inquiries about accounts in a fast-paced, organized client care environment
  • Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
  • Record important record data according to established procedures and techniques
  • Comply with all administrative and compliance rules connected with adjusting and sales practices

Essential Qualifications:

  • Client support experience (two years+) with a strong focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated success in a client support and sales environment (two years+)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate in an electronic climate
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
  • Experience with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
