Job Summary

As a Manager Customer Development - Upper Midwest in Springdale, AR, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer development professionals in the region. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including Meijer, Jewel, Roundy’s, Harris Teeter, SEG, Publix, and other distributors and independents. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies that drive growth, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance our market share.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer development professionals in the Upper Midwest region, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success

  • Develop and execute customer-centric strategies that drive growth, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance our market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Meijer, Jewel, Roundy’s, Harris Teeter, SEG, Publix, and other distributors and independents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer development strategies
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement plans to address customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution and improved customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team of customer development professionals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective plans to drive business growth and improvement
