Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Caregiver Lead Coordinator to manage our internal chat lead system, ensuring that our caregivers and clients receive timely and effective support. As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest
  • Keeping the job posting open with internal visibility only, ensuring that it doesn't go out to job boards
  • Collaborating with caregivers and clients to provide exceptional care and support
  • Managing and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and manage chat employment leads from AidQuest

  • Keep the job posting open with internal visibility only
  • Collaborate with caregivers and clients to provide exceptional care and support
  • Manage and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve caregiver engagement and client satisfaction
  • Provide training and support to caregivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a care-related field, preferably in a lead or coordinator role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers and clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using chat platforms and software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with AidQuest or similar chat platforms

  • Knowledge of caregiving best practices and industry standards
  • Certification in caregiving or a related field (e.g. CNA, HHA)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and caregivers from diverse backgrounds
