Job Description:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating a variety of data into our systems, maintaining records, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the success of this role.

Responsibilities:

* Accurately enter data into internal systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as needed
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to information
  • Update and manage spreadsheets and data reports, providing insights and analysis to the team
  • Communicate with team members to clarify and correct data as needed, ensuring seamless collaboration
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
  • Perform routine administrative tasks related to data management, such as data entry, data cleaning, and data validation
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems and processes

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of data management principles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights and recommendations
