A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales
As a Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales, you'll play a vital role in providing our clients with excellent customer service. Your day will be filled with:
- Communicating with customers to effectively determine service needs
- Scheduling appointments for our clients and organizing sales calls
- Dispatching our service technicians to fix any HVAC or plumbing issue
- Prioritizing and entering data into our database using your computer skills
