Job Summary
As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, conducting online research studies, and participating in product testing and feedback sessions. This is a part-time, flexible work arrangement that allows you to work from home and choose your own hours. You will be working as an independent contractor, and your compensation will be based on the number of studies you complete and the quality of your work.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
- Conduct online research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and product testing
- Participate in product testing and feedback sessions
- Provide high-quality feedback and insights to our clients
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
- Communicate effectively with our team and clients through email, phone, and video conferencing
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative assisting
- Familiarity with online research studies and product testing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
